I still had to beg, pester and cajole the Elms for a year before they relented, and boy am I glad. Passion is exactly what I had hope for, straight, dark red, small head, and straight legs. She is show quality all the way. Not for sale at this time-we may keep her for our show string.

Little Na'vi was born in the late evening, after we had gone to see Avatar, hence her name. She is a very stocky heads up jennet with a super white belly and chrome that extends way down those stocky, straight legs. She has a white nose, and white eyeliner, and they really show off her short head. It is hard to tell with her foal coat if she will be black with cross, or smoky black-only time will tell. Whatever color she is, she is very stocky, flashy and correct, like most Obsession foals. Samara's other two sisters are on the show circuit, and this little girl should follow in their hoofsteps.

Hill Country Miniatures Frisco is a very stocky dark brown jack that is the son of National Champion Hill Country Miniatures Poquito. Both his sire and dam are very stocky with a great rear end, and short heads, and Frisco will follow in their hoofsteps. He was 22" at birth, so should mature out at about 32". He is straight and square, and sweet as can be.

Spitfire is a beautiful, correct showy jennet that was slated to be named Serenity, because she was so sweet and meek. Then, at about four days of age, a switch flipped, and Spitfire was born. She is a pistol, with a really heads up carriage. She knows she is the one that should be adored. She will make a great show jennet, with that "look at me" attitude. Her rich red color makes her glow in the pasture, and her conformation is very correct.

Spitfire placed 1st in the Yearling Jennets at the SDMS Texas Shootout.

Spitfire the was high selling jennet at the Great American Miniature Donkey Sale, and now lives with Ass-Pirin Acres Miniature Donkeys in Vermont.

Hill Country Minaitures Shiraz is a black jack with light points. We have never seen a coat like this; it is coal black combined with red hairs, and red around his ears. He has straight legs, great chest and a beautiful topline. He should be very tiny, because his father is Circle C Victory, a 29" black jack with light points, and his mother is Designer Donkeys LN Rosebud, a 30.5" sorrel jennet.
